Vinyasa Flow with Jo Tastula

Vinyasa is breath synchronized movement. We start with basic vinyasas of arm circles and cat/cow. Then build up to transitioning between Standing pose and Forward bend. Lastly we 'take a vinyasa' which means the movement from Downward Facing Dog to Cobra backbend and back again to Downward Facing Dog. We learn the basic vinyasa commonly known as knees,chest,chin.
