Elena Brower

Mama, teacher and author, Elena has studied with master teachers since 1997, and has been teaching yoga and meditation since 1999. For 12 years she owned and taught at Virayoga; now Elena teaches global retreats as well as weekly and monthly classes in New York City, sharing her understanding of space, form and listening through the practices of yoga and meditation. She's helping to produce a film called On Meditation, and co-created Art of Attention, a celebrated yoga workbook that's been ranked number one in book design on Amazon and translated into 3 languages.
