Recent classes

Back from her most recent service trip to India, Seane talks about the paradox of the light and dark aspect of human experience that exists in the world and in the heart of each individual. This level 2/3 class integrates a strong flow that includes sun salutes A and B, a standing sequence focusing on shoulder and hip openers, while simultaneously weaving in a theme that supports responsibility, insight and healing. After some deep backbends and long hip stretches the class ends in a thoughtful and reflective meditation that speaks to the inner work necessary for personal healing and global change. This class is for those who are looking for both a strong practice and inspirational insight.
