Women are lunar by nature; the phases of the moon are closely related to the cycles and stages of female life. This course will help you observe and align with nature's rhythms, so you can harness the potent lunar energy. You'll gain insight into your own subtle rhythms, while heightening your powers of creativity and intuition.
The course will teach you to incorporate ancient moon wisdom into your practice through lectures on lunar lore and feminine archetypes, asana, chanting, journaling and meditation. You'll receive guidance on creating a sacred space, and unique rituals reflecting the creative energy of each lunar cycle as well as the greater cycles of a woman's life. You'll also have the opportunity to map your energy and moods throughout each phase to observe any patterns or fluctuations.
Honor your cyclical nature by connecting with the earth, a community of women, and your own innate feminine wisdom. These practices can be repeated again and again to support you through any stage of your life.
This course is made up of eight modules, including twelve lectures, five meditations and nine asana practices. The modules include beautifully designed PDF's to track lunar cycles as well as insightful information on how to set up a personal sacred space.
This course is for women of all ages who are curious about how the cycles of the moon influence the world around them and their own inner world. The course requires a basic knowledge and skill level of yoga postures, and will build upon an already established home practice. It also invites women to get outside and observe nature.
