Work up and down your spine with this refreshing back sequence, finding and releasing tension along the way. The poses will also address your hips, an area that has an important impact on the overall state of your back. Mindfully hold each posture to create greater body awareness, allowing the act of being still to help you build a greater sense of contentment and calm. Props Needed: A block and a blanket.
