Relax, slow down and tune in to release your muscles with this class. Practice deep, supported stretch work that helps open your hips, groin, hamstrings and feet. Using props, move through a sequence that includes a seated forward fold flow with a bolster, hip openers and leg postures like frog and straddle splits. Walk away with a new sense of joy for stretching. A great class after any cardio or strength training session. Props Needed: A bolster and two blocks.
