Can plank pose be fun? Yes! Strong and fun. This class is both accessible and strengthening with an eye towards building awareness of your natural spinal curves and learning to stabilize them. Practice a sequence of many plank variations, including half and full plank, side plank and reverse plank, playfully activating all aspects of your core. A well-rounded practice that will leave you feeling both knitted together and blissfully spent.
