When you want to move a little and bask a little, this combination sequence of asana and restorative poses will leave you feeling blissed and blessed. Begin in a restorative child's pose, flowing through cobra vinyasas, standing balances that open your side body and psoas, cooling arm stretches and concluding with a glorious supported savasana. Great after a long day at your computer, after a vigorous workout or just before bed. Props Needed: A blanket and a bolster.
