Dragon is one of those yin poses that allows you to enter the deep space of your pelvis. Work up to this peak pose on both sides in a sequence that allows you to address the mobility of some of the largest muscles of your body as well as the stability of your hip joints. Throughout this practice, a theme of compassion will encourage you to experience self-love even amidst challenge. Props Needed: A block and a blanket.
