This is a strong, steady, in-depth practice to prompt movement in your lower back and kidney region. It is essential not to allow your kidneys to become restricted or locked as a result of muscular tension, dehydration or emotional holding. Through the alchemy of visualization, meditation, twists, forward bends and supported backbends, this practice provides endurance and levity to your entire body. Props Needed: A block, a blanket, a bolster and a strap. Props Suggested: Wall space.
