Welcome to your first day of flight school. Your new studies include the foundations of flight, tools needed to understand your flight gear, how to use it, and of course, how to make it stronger. Play with the beginning of flight, work your core to stabilize your take off and power up through your shoulders with a few non traditional exercises for maximum support. Cool it all down with a nice savasana. Props Needed: A block and wall space.
