Establish reciprocity with the earth through arm balances. This class will address the fluid lines from your heart and lungs to your arms, as well at the structure of your collarbones, arm bones and scapula. You'll explore the pathways of your wings as you build a flow with arm balances like bakasana, eka pada koundinyasana and parsva bakasana. Props Suggested: A blanket and a block.
