Taking and Sending Meditation - Practice a meditation for relieving your own and others' suffering. After the introduction, start by establishing self in the Presence in the back of the heart. Breath your thoughts and emotions through your own heart and into the Presence behind your heart, breath back blessing. Then imagine another's suffering, breathing it in to the back of your heart and breathing back blessing. Props Needed: Bolsters and blankets for sitting.
