A quick supine and seated sequence that you can add to the end of your practice to prime your legs and hip joints for padmasana. It is a way of greasing the wheels so that over time, lotus becomes more accessible. If lotus isn't on your bucket list, that's ok too. This sequence will help keep your hips happy.
