This sequence stretches the feet, ankles and toes and moves them towards their full range of motion. If your feet, ankles and/or toes are tight, minimize each of these stretches at first, as a little can feel like a lot. You may actually find it is optimal to wear your running shoes in this class to offer a little extra reinforcement. Props Suggested: Two blocks.
