Give your shoulders some love with a practice that utilizes long holds in chest openers. Work from the ground with a supported supta baddha konasana using blocks. Play with extended puppy pose leading up into supported downward facing dog and headstand at the wall. Feel more open in your upper body, and maybe even a little more energized than before. Props Needed: Two blocks. Props Suggested: Wall space.
