This kriya is perfect when you need to rejuvenate yourself. A series of tapping and systematic pressure, followed by release on parts of the body helps to release tension and build prana. The set ends with frog poses, squats and leg lifts. If you have time, take a longer relaxation with uplifting music. Even a nap would be a great way to integrate the full effects!
