This is a unique sequence that begins with passive rhythmic movement of the legs and pelvis. We then move into some related and dynamic core work. Then on to Vinyasa flow with hip openers and standing poses linked together then danurasana, hanumanasana and the big finish with Frog pose (and optional headstand) and Savasana. You will feel grounded, steady, and clear.
