This prenatal class uses 2 bolsters and a block to unwind from a long day. The end of day can feel achy, exhausted, and stiff. We will open the side body for better breath and decongest the low back and shoulders. Let your day go and move into an easeful afternoon or evening. This class includes seated and standing poses and a wonderful long restorative pose at the end.
