A restful practice to open your tight hips and root through your femurs whenever you need to ground your energy. An especially sweet practice to do just before bed, although great when just in need of a good chill. Connect with your breath and ease into your body slowly. Props Suggested: 1 or 2 blankets, 1 or 2 blocks, and a strap.
