Take time to loosen up your body, most especially your hips. A practice with less talking, more bending and going inward. Using a balanced sequence of supine poses, seated forward folds, standing forward folds and standing hip openers, loosen up and sink in. Props Suggested: Two blocks, a strap and a blanket or two.
