This class is about embracing your humanness by loving your imperfections with a focus on the lats. We'll look at lengthening & strengthening the lats as well as the chest opening function of the lats. You guessed it that means backbends & arm balances. Start it off with some strong standing poses followed by some big chest openers leading into full pigeon variation and a scorpion variation. Enjoy!
