Use the base of an accessible vinyasa flow sequence, roughly based on the ashtanga yoga system to warm up your system. This sequence will lead you into a deeper understanding of how to use your shoulders in yoga and give you some basic asanas to help stabilize and integrate that understanding into body memory. Props Needed: A block, strap and wall space.
