Practice Focus:

Level 12 5 min

Strengthen and opens the body while integrating the use of breath and bandha to enliven and direct pranic energy. Use pranayama and flowing asana to culminate in Mahamudra, known as the great seal of yoga. Focus on the breath and bandha is emphasized and will help you to turn your gaze inward and experience your own return to the sacred. Props Needed: Two blocks.
