Bandhu means brother or comrade. Dya means kindness. This ancient kriya was named Bandhu Dya as it is designed to help develop your capacity for kindness. It involves a mudra held in front of the heart and breathing in 8 equal strokes through the nose and exhaling slowly through puckered lips with a whistle. This is a great practice to come to whenever you have any kind of crisis, big or small. It invites a deep connected state. Prop Suggested: A blanket.
