A dynamic and healing practice that touches every part of your body. Increase circulation, gently stimulate pranic energy, loosen your spine and balance your auric field. Includes a series of kriyas that systematically move energy through your spine and into the auric field, creating a deep sense of peace and meditative awareness. Chant a simple mantra as you follow the energy up and down your spine. Props Suggested: A blanket.
Practice Focus: Arms & Spine



Level 2 90 min
A breath meditation to bring the nervous system and glandular system into better balance. As you gain control of your breath, you gain control of your mind as well as a greater sensitivity to your environment. A practice for when you need to be sharper and have an edge in life. The technique involves a kumbhaka (hold at the end of the exhale and inhale) Do not strain in your breath and do not do this if you have a history of blood pressure issues, or if you are a woman who is pregnant or on her cycle. Props Suggested: A blanket.
Practice Focus: Breath



Level 2 15 min
A short and succinct pathway to urdhva dhanurasana (upward facing bow), including focus on your breath and poses that build heat and strength. Move through stagnation and activate your energetic heart center. Close with yummy hip openers to set yourself up for gliding effortlessly through your day. Practice this regularly for maximum benefits. Props Suggested: A block, a strap and a blanket.
