David Harshada Wagner is a meditation teacher and transformational guide who has dedicated his life to exploring human consciousness and the science of self-transformation.

David is classically trained in the Indian wisdom traditions of Yoga, Bhakti, Vedanta, and Tantric Shaivism, but his teachings come from his more than 25 years of personal transformation and serving others to find their authentic path to deep happiness. He is the founder and current director of Living Meditation Inc. in the USA and Adhishtana Living in Mumbai, India. His teaching style is dynamic and unique, approachable to students from all walks of life. David has been teaching meditation and self-empowerment to people all over the world in all kinds of venues since 1994. On the faculties of Kripalu and Omega Institutes, he is a regular contributor to numerous blogs and magazines, and is currently authoring a book on the spiritual lives of men.

By connecting with your breath, you connect with your prana or life force that pervades your whole body. In this guided relaxation or yoga nidra, focus on your life purpose and practice a breathing exercise and visualization practice to help cultivate beneficial energy for living your purpose. Methodically and mindfully, you will be guided to give beneficial energy to the cells in each and every body part and organ system. Props Suggested: Two blankets and a bolster.

This meditation is designed for parents or caregivers of infants and is meant to be practiced holding the baby or wearing the baby in a sling. Take this time for yourself and connect to the sweet energy of your infant. This meditation can also serve as a visualization for people who want to have a baby. Props needed: A blanket and a baby.

Level 1 10 min
In this group class, we discuss the human life force known as prana and learn how we can cultivate our prana to promote happiness and well-being. Includes a discussion about the pranamayakosha or pranic body and the various ways that we can take care of this dimension of our being. Also includes guided meditation.
