Sianna Sherman is an internationally celebrated yoga teacher who shares her passionate voice with devotion, deep practice and soulful teaching. She is known as an inspired storyteller and as community activator, bringing people together through conscious, collective gatherings. Her initiation into the fires of yoga occurred in 1989, and she has been immersed in the practices ever since.

In 2008, she was featured in Yoga Journal as one of 21 talented young teachers shaping the future of yoga worldwide. Sianna weaves alignment, therapeutics, potent sequencing, mythology, Tantra and the power of the practices with accessibility for everyday transformation. Her Mythic Yoga Flow offerings have garnered a global following where she pours mythic consciousness into the embodied art of yoga with unbridled creativity and love. She is a columnist for Origin magazine and a contributor of online classes to YogaGlo.com. Sianna has released her first yoga instructional DVD, Pranam,an inner journey of alchemy and alignment with the four elements. With immense respect for all traditions, Sianna bows to the light and wisdom of all her teachers on this path of the heart awakening.

Level 2 90 min
Arm balances call forth the power of your center and build your sense of proprioception- how you are positioned in space. Through a steady practice of arm balances, you can cultivate awareness of your center of gravity and inner prowess. This sequence offers a wide range of arm balance positions and calls on steady commitment to the practice. Props Needed: Two blocks and a strap.

Level 2-3 45 min
Jump on your mat for a bakasana play circuit. Try variations of crow pose and different transitions in and out of the poses. Fun tempo, get right to it and try eka pada bakasana 2, jumping into bakasana, dwi pada koundinyasana and eka pada koundinyasana along with handstand tuck jumps. Playground time!
