How do we live an optimal human life? As a pioneer for deep change, Marc has dedicated most of his own life to unraveling this great mystery. An avid Truth-seeker and playful risk-taker, Marc is passionate about refining the art of living and empowering his students to do the same.

Marc is a certified Ayurveda practitioner with over 15 years' experience teaching Hatha Yoga and Meditation. He currently lives in both L.A.and Paris for greater access to the workshops, teacher trainings,and retreats he teaches across the globe. His signature Ayurveda health coaching program, Evolutionary Habits, has been accelerating the wellness path of students since 2012.

Ten years ago, Marc founded Guerilla Yogi, a donation-basedcommunity class, to encourage students of all economic circumstances to experience the joy of yoga. Guerilla Yogi continues to thrive in Paris where it has gained tremendous momentum.

Because Marc firmly believes that the highest form of teaching is leading by example, he strives to live with integrity and kindness. And laughter. Always laughter.

Recent classes

Begin with a dynamic sequence to build heat and strength and follow with active restoratives to build strength and stamina. Finish with passive restoratives with pranayama and meditation. Expect standing poses, arm balances, and longer held restoratives to refresh and renew. A comprehensive yang/yin experience meant to nourish your body, mind and soul. Props Needed: A strap, block, bolster and blanket

Take this practice to learn the definition of healthy prana: life force or vitality, as well as the ability of that vitality to journey to the inside and back to the surface of your body regularly and freely. Enjoy a nourishing back bending practice with wheel and handstand while softening your technique and perspective so that prana can penetrate and enliven you. Props Needed: Two blocks and wall space.
Practice Focus: Backbends

Backbends, the most fiery class of poses, can often become an exercise in self effort and over engagement, but what happens when we release the notion of conquering the pose and allow breath, grace, softness and the pose itself to partner with us? Here we will explore our ever evolving backbends from a place of support vs. struggle. You will feel open, refreshed and rejuvenated from this holistic approach. Props Needed: A bolster.
