How do we live an optimal human life? As a pioneer for deep change, Marc has dedicated most of his own life to unraveling this great mystery. An avid Truth-seeker and playful risk-taker, Marc is passionate about refining the art of living and empowering his students to do the same.

Marc is a certified Ayurveda practitioner with over 15 years' experience teaching Hatha Yoga and Meditation. He currently lives in both L.A.and Paris for greater access to the workshops, teacher trainings,and retreats he teaches across the globe. His signature Ayurveda health coaching program, Evolutionary Habits, has been accelerating the wellness path of students since 2012.

Ten years ago, Marc founded Guerilla Yogi, a donation-basedcommunity class, to encourage students of all economic circumstances to experience the joy of yoga. Guerilla Yogi continues to thrive in Paris where it has gained tremendous momentum.

Because Marc firmly believes that the highest form of teaching is leading by example, he strives to live with integrity and kindness. And laughter. Always laughter.

Here's a go-to sequence for when you feel your stress is high and energy is low. Restorative backbends are fabulous for grounding your mind (head is below heart) and keeping you calm and focused. Move incrementally from very moderate heart openers to full supported bridge pose. This class will leave you feeling super refreshed. Props Needed: Two blocks, two blankets, a strap and a bolster.

A crisp, clean sun salutation flow. Surya namaskar A is the perfect companion for the morning, just after waking and before meditation. Sync your body, breath and mind to open the pranic body with rhythm and ease. Outside of the first salutation, very little alignment instruction is given - just breathe and flow. Greet your day with namaste!

Is yoga a science or an art? It's both! This is a perfectly balanced class that covers a full spectrum of poses with just enough science (alignment) to tease out your inner artist. Movement coordinated with breath will guide you through sun salutations, standing poses, hip openers and nourishing backbends. Conclude with a guided savasana. Learn to love the intimate relationship between your body mechanics and your own artistry.
