How do we live an optimal human life? As a pioneer for deep change, Marc has dedicated most of his own life to unraveling this great mystery. An avid Truth-seeker and playful risk-taker, Marc is passionate about refining the art of living and empowering his students to do the same.

Marc is a certified Ayurveda practitioner with over 15 years' experience teaching Hatha Yoga and Meditation. He currently lives in both L.A.and Paris for greater access to the workshops, teacher trainings,and retreats he teaches across the globe. His signature Ayurveda health coaching program, Evolutionary Habits, has been accelerating the wellness path of students since 2012.

Ten years ago, Marc founded Guerilla Yogi, a donation-basedcommunity class, to encourage students of all economic circumstances to experience the joy of yoga. Guerilla Yogi continues to thrive in Paris where it has gained tremendous momentum.

Because Marc firmly believes that the highest form of teaching is leading by example, he strives to live with integrity and kindness. And laughter. Always laughter.

Recent classes

The quads are large and powerful because they move the largest bone in your body, your femur. They also stabilize and extend your knee. Runners, all the more reason to give them some love. Practice deep lunges to access this area with anjaneyasana, as well front body opening back bends like dhanurasana (bow pose). A quick and accessible sequence to stretch these bad boys so you can go (run) the distance. Props Needed: A block.

Learn how to take a seat so that you can let go, relax, and dive deep. Using a variety of optional props, learn what works best for you in your body. A great class for beginners, develop the tools and physical cues to assist and support you in your next seated meditation. Props Needed: One or two blankets, two blocks, a bolster and a chair.

Vairagya (detatchment) is a foundational yoga teaching that is explored through twists in standing, seated and reclining variations. Begin with a brief discussion before moving into hamstring openers. Flow through a standing series to build heat before moving to the wall for revolved triangle. Conclude with backbends. Feel how twists feed your nervous system and your digestion as you cool off with janu sirsasana and a sweet savasana. Props Needed: A block, a strap and wall space.
