Every breath, every movement, every thought, shifts our internal experience. Often consciousness is lost in the ritual and habit of practice, so realigning and reawakening your inner sense is key. This class illuminates mental and physical essential focuses that help keep your practice fresh and evolving. Physically, class focuses on standing poses that help stabilize your spine, and philosophically, further explore the teaching of sama, and finding a state of inner equilibrium and presence.
