Designed to support postpartum recovery and the transition into motherhood. These classes will address the physical and emotional challenges many new mothers face, from lack of sleep and heightened sensitivity to celebrating your body's incredible journey. With everything from progressive core programs to practices to do with your baby, you'll find the ongoing and unconditional support you need.

Have fun practicing with mommy or daddy and learn a lot about balance! Come sit down together on your mat and play with fun balancing shapes. Explore lots of side to side movements, rowing your boat, twirling and much more! Maybe you have a lot of spirit and need to run around? Practice getting your energy out around your mat, too! Conclude with a soothing breath exercise, relaxing together in savasana.
Fun mommy and me class features forward bends, down dogs, twists and lunges. Learn about breathing through your nose and clappping hands together. You can never really plan a mommy and me class with toddlers, so go with the flow, let go of expectations and have fun!
Whether you are still carrying baby on the inside or you have met your little love in person, your shoulders and chest might feel tired, tight and overworked. Get some relief! A quick fix that you can use regularly to keep your heart open and your shoulders free.
Maybe it has been a while since you had your baby, but you are still feeling "postnatal". Tune into your breath and body again through a series of floor poses and exercises targeted at awakening the pelvic floor and core. Props Suggested: A block.

A short practice that will allow you to come back to yourself, while offering the stretches and support you need on your breastfeeding journey. Sing and play along with us in this fun little mommy & me class. Peeka-boo cat cow, horsey lunge and sing along in boat pose to Row, row, row your boat! Cuddles savasana included. Prop Needed: A blanket.
This delicious class addresses the needs of a hard working mommy. Love given to the fingers, hands, shoulders, chest and core. We work with a block in sun salutations to gain that vital strong center. Prop Needed: A blanket and a block.
A fantastic little 'While the baby naps' class focused on bringing you back to your centre line physically and mentally. Zip back up the rectus abdominals and open your chest to release tension from the shoulders and neck from carrying and feeding. Make the most of the moment!
This fun little class is a good introduction for practicing yoga with your baby. Lots of seated movement for opening legs, torso and arms. Have fun with tickles in head to knee pose and windmill in straddle. Also lunges and downward dog mini cuddle savasana if all goes well. Prop Suggested: A blanket.
