Week 1

Slow down your busy mind, so you can recognize how you are feeling instead of sweeping it under the carpet. The first step towards reaching a decision is to pause and sit with your issue. While you may be feeling stuck or stressed, have compassion for your emotions and take the time to learn what they are trying to tell you. Give yourself permission to feel and know that you're exactly where you're supposed to be. Props Suggested: A bolster or chair and a journal.

Awaken your capacity to become the witness, so you can see the decisions at hand with clarity and space. Connect with the cycle of your breath, noticing there is a beginning, middle and end to everything. Observe your problem with non-judgemental awareness, then allow yourself to soften into a comforting affirmation. Props Suggested: A bolster or chair and a journal.

Your emotions are energy in motion; there is information in how you are feeling and why you are stuck. Create space to investigate the issue more deeply and use this opportunity to get closer to your truth. Sense what is needed by simply asking yourself whether you need to trust, forgive, move on, or let go.
