Week 1

Yoga

Level 1-2 30 mins

Today is all about preparing for flight. This class will focus on your core and upper body to develop a stable foundation for crow. After warming up your wrists, get centered in malasana, then fire up your core with crow sit ups. You'll try out a wide-legged baby crow, then make your first attempt at full flight to feel the pose in its entirety.

Yoga

Level 1-2 30 mins

Now that you've found your wings, it's time to fly! Today you'll learn a sequence of poses that will help you build strength for arm balancing. You'll shift the focus to your lower body, explore some new poses, and spend more time getting the hang of crow. After warming up your shoulders and wrists, flow through malasana, skandasana, and crow sit ups, then end with a supine twist and savasana.

Yoga

Level 1-2 30 mins

You've put in the work and you're ready to soar! This final class brings it all together and incorporates crow throughout your flow. Stay playful and patient as you practice transitioning in and out of the pose. If learning arm balances was easy, it wouldn't be as fun! Don't forget that you can continue to build strength and confidence by repeating any or all of these classes.
