Week 1

Yoga

Level 1-2 15 mins

Get ready to work your core in some innovative and dynamic ways! You'll challenge yourself with plank variations interspersed with floorwork, utilizing leg swings and rocking motions to really target the core. With two rounds of 30-second intervals, this class will be over before you know it, so hang in there!

Yoga

Level 1-2 15 mins

Let's keep it moving! Today's class features full-body exercises with an emphasis on leg strength and stability. You'll flow through standing poses, come down to the floor for core and back work using the legs, and work your thighs and hips in table top pose. Get ready to challenge yourself through balance, movement and extended holds.

Week 2

Yoga

Level 1-2 15 mins

Develop your arm strength with unique versions of common poses that focus on toning your upper body. After a short warm up, dive into plank variations, downward dog push-ups and dolphin pose. Use your core strength for stability as you fire up your arms and shoulders and put your stamina to the test.

Yoga

Level 1-2 15 mins

Find strength and ease throughout your whole body as you move and flow in this final class. You'll revisit poses from the previous practices and try out some new ones like skater, horse and camel. Enjoy a longer cool down before a final rest in savasana. You've earned it! Don't forget to keep these classes in your rotation to maintain your newfound strength.
