Climbing is a very asymmetrical activity and over time, you can develop imbalances in flexibility and mobility in your shoulders and arms. Improve your balance and body awareness to help identify where your tightness is, so you know what you need to work on for more mobility. Begin seated to tune in to your breath, then move a series of seated shoulder and arm-focused postures.
