Feeling cold and dreary? Sometimes when you are chilled to the bone the best answer is to warm up from the inside out. Burn off the chill and energize with this sequence that will allow you to access your inner fire. Use dynamic movements in chair pose and goddess that open your shoulders, warrior III play for power and back to chair pose for a cardio boost. Notice an increased sense of circulation and perhaps a lift in your mood as well.
