Grab that big toe and get your Padangusthasana (hand-to-big toe pose) on! Using standing splits, crescent pose, Warrior 3 and variations of padangusthasana, we open up the hamstrings and the hip joint, working our way into handstand variations using a symmetrical frog kick-up, or a single bent knee kick-up. A few backbends followed by the supine variations of padangusthasana, we close our practice with a short savasana, sure to sooth your extended hand-to-big toe cravings.
