This is your go-to super fun and playful power class that balances out your body. Bring strength to the front, back, and sides of your body with this flow aimed at your core, back, chest and shoulders! Expect creative moves to get you into all these muscular groups including diamond chaturangas and side plank dips. Expect plank variations, locust and a flow to work into front and back body strength. You'll need hardwood floors or tile for this class, but if you have carpet, try two paper plates under your feet to slide around! Props Needed: 2 blocks and a blanket.
