In this deep and opening flow sequence, you'll practice breathing and expanding your pelvic bowl as a way to access more of your own grace. Sweat-inducing stretches and flows, including lizard, parsvottonasana and chapasana eventually lead toward king pigeon (eka pada rajakapotasana).
