In this precisely sequenced flow, focus on dynamic straight arm balances and practice the necessary tools to hold postures like plank, crane, and lolasana. Heat up with scapular push-ups, working on wrist flexibility, shoulder and core awareness. Have fun building confidence and strength into your entire body! Props Needed: Two blocks and a blanket.
