Twists bring vitality, lightness and joy to your body by mobilizing your spine. This innovative practice starts with a yummy warm up sequence on the back followed by standing, seated and supine twists. By creating spiral movements, you can wring fatigue out of your body while allowing fresh and vital blood flow in. Props Needed: A blanket, a bolster and a strap.
