A strong, complete flow practice with minimum instructions and maximum impact. Begin with warming rounds of surya namaskar A, moving into warrior variations and bound side angle while maintaining focus on your breath. Flow into bakasana, ardha chandra chapasana and inversions, concluding with a backbend and supine twist. Take a savasana on your own if time allows.
