Practice a simple, rhythmic sequencing of postures that include lunges, standing postures, mild backbends and an accessible, supported version of handstand. A great practice when you want to lighten up and don't want anything too heavy handed, but enough movement to shift your energy and elevate your mood. Props Suggested: Wall space.
