Prepare your subtle body and mind for creating whatever it is that you want to manifest in your life. Focus on your third eye, bringing a sense of clarity and focus to your day. Practice a few breath techniques before settling in to the visualization portion of the meditation. Go inward and start creating what you see behind closed eyes.
