A class designed for opening your shoulders and hamstrings. Often when you begin yoga, tightness in your shoulders and hamstrings holds you back from a well rounded practice including deep breath and full range of motion. This class will be a primer to enjoy many times over and help prepare your body for a range of poses such as puppy, triangle, and lizard pose. Begin to advance your practice in a healthy and supported way. Props Needed: A blanket and a strap.
