Explore standing and seated twists as they relate to their correlate arm balances. Play with parsva bakasana and astavakrasana arm balances. To prepare, work seated and supine core work to activate your abdominals, build heat with sun salutes and find twists sprinkled throughout. Cool down with long held forward folds and a nice savasana. These arm balances are sure to give you a sense of fearlessness and power, so give it your best go!
