An advanced pranayama sequence to prepare you for a deep meditation. Experience a guided practice where the power of breath and bandha leads you to raja yoga- the yoga of inner light. Begin by creating more space for breath with a dynamic bridge sequence. Take a two-knee twist to move energy through your entire body before finishing with kapala bati, alternate nostril breathing and bandha work. Use this energy to fire your meditation.
