Give your shoulders some strong loving with an emphasis on movements that promote functionality and range of motion. Simultaneously strengthen and open your hips through a standing flow that combines standing balancing poses for the build up, and seated and reclined postures for the cool down. A great practice to help undo postural habits developed from working at a desk, driving or traveling. Props Suggested: A strap.
