According to Ayurveda, the strength of your digestive fire influences your health and well being. Utilize a series of slow moving twists and side stretches to gently stimulate your digestive fire and encourage internal movement through your core and abdominal region. Incorporate warming pranayama at different times to encourage internal warmth. Props Needed: A blanket and a strap.
