Both a rejuvenating and playful core strengthening class! We play with different transitions into and and out of Bakhasana (Crow). Surya Namaskar B (Sun Salutes B) to warm up, and deeper flow with Virabhadrsana 2 (Warrior 2), Trikonasana (Triangle) & Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon). Dolphin, Pincha Mayuraana (Forearm balance) and Sirsasana (Head Stand) to help flip the ordinary into the extraordinary!!
